スープ
・酢は化学的に作った酢酸や氷酢酸を水に溶いて糖類などを添加して作った合成酢、香りがきつい。
・砂糖を大量に入れている、シロップのようだ。
・化学調味料の使い過ぎで舌が麻痺するほど。
具
・キュウリは農薬づけでいがらっぽい。
・錦糸卵は鶏卵自体が薬づけ。
・ハムは色んな肉の寄せ集めで添加物の固まりのプレスハム。
麺
・質の悪い粉。
・腰を出すためのかん水の使い過ぎで重曹臭い。

海原雄山は冷やし中華は中華料理ではない、下等な物と言っている。
山岡士郎も冷やし中華は中華料理でもない中華とつけるのはおかしいと言っている。
なぜアニメは欠番扱いなのか？
冷やし中華に使われるスープ、麺、具はすべて化学調味料、合成酢、農薬、添加物を大量に使用している。
